Look, the dems were willing to get obamacare passed through reconcillation, by-passing filibuster rules. Now with Smalley in tow they have their 60 needed to cut off debate. I know Kennedy and Byrd aren’t there, but there are at least 2 rinos willing to jump ship for this. After all the smoke has cleared, get ready for the new dawn in healthcare. The real task will be trying to roll all this crap back.
