Well, I finally thought of one positive outcome of Oafbama’s election - it has become much easier to identify RINOs and CINOs and neo-lib Republicans. Played right, the developing groundswell appalled by Chicago-style thugocracy will toss out 0’s handmaids, including every turncoat Republican.
Let me illustrate the problem. If someone is hungry our emotional response is compassion to feed them. That is the Democratic line in a nutshell. A society is measured by how it treats the weakest and poorest members.
We need to come up with an emotional response to dealing with the needy (or ill, or out of work, etc.). Until we come up with that visceral answer we will be marginalized and defeated.
Oh, c’mon now. Some of those are darned good Republican ideas. How about federal government forced, er designed health care plans fer example?
Soup lines ought to do it. That’s where Obummer’s taking us.

Independence day festivities did seem to be rather muted this year. When we can’t even afford a lot of Chinese fireworks, things are getting seriously bad.

I didn’t think I would ever confess a wish we had gotten a Hillary! presidency, if the GOP was simply fated to lose this cycle. She couldn’t be half as bad as Barack.

The United States got where it is by charting its own course and defending (note that word) its choice. Now we have a traitor in chief posing as the Commander in chief and we’re going to have to weather this storm. We will! We must!!
And we're not buying it. Obviously it's a sign of our own inferiority. But there is in this the panic of a confidence man who sees his scam evaporating before his eyes, making ever more extravagant claims and wild accusations to attempt to recover the situation. Feel the fear.
Somewhere there has to be a list of the biggest buffoons of the US Presidency. The genius of the Constitutional system was that it got us past these idiots with surprisingly little damage. But when the Constitution itself is subverted wholesale with blatant lies to the applause of over half of America, where do we go from there?
No way.
Now is the time for conservatives to use every tool in the bag to take back our country from a Congress in which the majority of the members show definite signs of insanity, corruption, ineptitude, and incompetence. It is up to “we, the people!”
First tool to use is Repentance.
Second tool is Remember & Acknowledge.
Third tool is Give Thanks.
Fourth tool is Preach the Gospel.
Fifth tool is make Disciples.
The rest God will take care of.

I don’t know. Some of our GOP leaders like this kind of stuff. Some of them have even had success in getting some of this implemented and some of them have run or are running for the congress, senate or even president. Take McCain or Romney for example...
In the long run, these so called Republicans are going to be defeated. Can you even believe that in Oregon the dimocrats got booed at the Independence Day Rally and Parade in Hillsboro?
