He failed to land twice today. The first time from Washington, and the second time, presumably from San Salvador. The plane circled the Toncontín runway several times. The runway was blocked by army blockades of troops and vehicles, and was finally diverted to Managua.

The new government did an admirable job today handling an extremely stressful situation with a minimum of violence.

It will happen again, tomorrow or the next day. This isn't over, but there is every reason for Hondurans to be proud of their government.

Their enemies are attempting to provoke them to a violent response so they can have justification for a full-scale invasion.

Today, the Honduran Government did not take the bait, and lives on to fight another day.

So the first war Obama starts is one where "people of color" do all the fighting and dying.

How ever will he 'splain that one to his wife.

Wonder if we could get up an Abraham Lincoln Brigade and go down there and help the Hondurans throw back the Nicaraguan Commie Army or something.

I want to be careful how I say this.

I think that the plan is for a civil war to start in Honduras. I think if that were to happen, Honduras would be invaded by Hugo's goons from Venezuela with their new Russian jets, etc.

I could see a scenario where about the time they gain control of the Honduran government, a third party, probably Ortega/Nicaragua would step in as a "peacekeeper", with our help, of course, to "stabilize" the situation.

Thus, hypothetically, the dominoes would fall and socialism would advance in Central America. Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and now Honduras.

And a snazzy red jacket for all of them.

At least I want a pro-Honduras Democracy T shirt from that conservative outfit that makes conservative t shirts. This little country has the cajones to take on Obama, all of Socialist Central and South America, and CNN to boot!

They deserve our solid support. Somehow.

The communist plan is always to create tripartite coalitions with non-communist enemies they want to defeat. They fight to a standstill or a ceasefire or an armistace. Then they construct “national dialogue” between three parties. a) Communists. b) Non Communists. c) Neutrals. The neutrals themselves are often pro-communist or euro-socialist so it is 2 vs 1. Or, they have no power at all and are eliminated by the Communists, who then go on to eliminate the non-Communists, who by then have laid down their weapons through internationally supervised ceasefire through the UN. There will be some kind of OAS conspiratorial effort to de-ball the new Conservative anti-communist government in Honduras, you can bet your bottom dollar on it. Obama will sit supremely over this entire horrendous sellout.

They do deserve our solid support. Someone must know how we can support this Country.

One thing this has done is shine the light of day on the Marxist ZERO as he immediately joined with the other Marxist in the region to denounce a legitimate Governor because they ousted one of their friends when he didn’t follow their Constitution.

The destruction that ZERO has done in so little time is staggering.

At exacty 06:00 into this YouTube (clip below), bloviating President Hugo Chavez refers to "MY FRIEND OBAMA" and everyone joining together to kick out the "facsists, and extreme rightists, military industrialists from Honduras" and later for "MY FRIEND OBAMA" to join the efforts to overturn the "coup" in Honduras. And yet he still insults the "Imperal Yankees" at the end.

I applaud your sincerity & concern to help support the Honduran country & concern to defend their constitution & thwart a communist totalitarian thug takeover of their country by Zelaya (with the support of the usual Latin American communist thug dictators - Castro, Chavez, Ortega & of course our own usurper commie pig thug - 0boooooooomba).

I think it is so illuminating that conservatives are concerned with following the law, such as the Logan Act, while demoRAT socialists ranging from Ted (the swimmer) Kennedy trying to undermine Reagan with the Soviets over the Star War defense, Jay Rockefeller traveling to Iraq to warn Saddam Hussein of GW Bush's plan to invade Iraq, Nancy Pelosi portraying herself as a U.S. govt envoy to Syria during GW Bush's tenure, and of course Jimmah Cartah, constantly meddling & mostly trying to embarrass the U.S. with his appeasing & capitulating. It's amazing how not a single DemoRAT ever feels the slightest hesitation in undermining U.S. government policies over such a trivial matter as the Logan Act, especially when they are looking to undermine a Republican administration. Just an interesting set of contrasts!!!!

It is probably one of the biggest distinctions that sets Republicans apart from the current crop of leftist Democrats and that is support for the Constitution and our Rule of Law which the DemocRATs trash constantly.

What this Nation has gone through since the inauguration still has my head spinning. Losing all those seats and the amount of voter fraud in this Country in the last election should make every American stand up and say enough is enough but the left doesn’t mind winning with voter fraud and they have no desire to clean it up. Just look at Minnesota as a perfect example of finding ballots which is a RAT trademark.

The next time the GOP is in power, gloves better be off and voter fraud not only looked at but send people to prison instead of looking the other way and saying it is not so bad. That is Bravo Sierra. 2000 should have been a wake-up call but it wasn’t, they did more in 2004 and in 2008 it was rampant. When you have people voting in three states then you have a problem.

Absolutely true. Mr frikkin libtard Phd boss told me his 3 sons, all attending U of W-Madison voted in the Wisconsin state & federal elections cause they were attending school there and the demoRAT party had voting booths & instructions all over at any public & private liberal university to get kids to register & vote the same day. I asked my boss if his kids also filled out absentee ballots for our district in Minnesota, and he just laughed & turned away. B@stard!!! I am convinced all three of his kids voted in both WI and MN.

Venezuala doesn’t have the air and sea transport capacity to move/supply his military should he declare war.
