Master Stem Cell for Human Heart Identified
endothelium
Wikipedia has a pretty good diagram and explanation. The lumen is the inside of a blood vessel.
These Islet 1 cells appear to be critical during human development, but not after being born, IMHO.
I can't believe they labeled the anatomy with abbreviations without giving a legend.

these primordial stem cells, which are found only in fetuses, could not be used for therapy because they could develop into undesired cell types. I don't want somebody else's DNA injected. I'll wait for the adult stem cell development.

Nothing but superstition, promoted by the Popish Church.
Now that Science has been put back in her rightful place, only stem cells taken from embryos can POSSIBLY result in any scientific discoveries or treatments for disease.
