The 2008 rivals for the White House both cited the spirit of the nation's founders in their Fourth of July radio and Internet broadcasts on Saturday.

McCain either has delusions of grandeur (thinks he's POTUS) or wants to "lead" the GOP. Either case is dangerous. |

Sorry John, but you do not get to give the Independence adress. Obama does. See John what happens when you don’t put forth effort and lose an election...Too bad for you...You crave limelight and nobody cares anymore.

Obama said an “unyielding spirit is what defines us as Americans” and led people during the nation’s history to explore the West, persevere during the Depression and build a robust industrial economy.”
L0L! Obama thinks we oppressed Indians and are destroying the planet with industrial pollution.

“Making clean energy “the profitable kind of energy so that we can end our dependence on foreign oil and reclaim America’s future.”
This from the same jackass that says he wants coal fired plants to go broke and wants our energy costs to skyrocket

“Today, we stand with the millions of Iranians who brave batons, imprisonment and gunfire to have their voices heard and their votes counted,” McCain said. “They do not ask us to arm them or come to their assistance with anything other than public declarations of solidarity, and public denunciations of the tyrants who oppress them. We have a moral obligation to do so.”
I stand with McCain here

President Barack Obama appealed for public support of his domestic programs And his poll numbers continue to drop as a result. Honeymoon is waaaay over. Americans are (slowly) waking up. Team O is a monumental disaster.

McCain should get lost. What the rebuttal should have been about is while America has been promoting freedom around the world, at home we have a Federal Government that is trying to strip those same freedoms from our own citizens.

I have lost most of my respect for McCain after that sickening campaign he ran. That being said McCain fought for our country and odumbo fights against our country. I agree with you there is a HUGE difference!

There is ONE thing that McCain and Obama have in common. By the end of the year, those few left who believe a word that either of them say, will have stopped listening. By December, 2008 will be completely irrelevant.
To: Wooly
Umm.. that was his point. Does he have to spell it out?

So did Hitler, So did Tojo, So did Mao, Did that make them automatically great leaders that we should respect?
And before you answer, I should tell you that I was a Chief Petty Officer in the U S Navy many years ago.

Where and how? They are both only concerned with themselves. Neither could care about America. They are both for open borders. Both are against free trade. Both are liberals democrats. The only difference is that McCrazy puts an R behind his name. Even if it should be a D. etc. etc. etc. Now where is there a difference?

I think it would be better said "McCain sold out our country." When captured he gave the enemy every bit of information he had in order to get preferential treatment.

The MSM is desperate to continue anointing McCain as the official leader of REPUBS. That way they know there will bo no Conservative voice against the Obamanation. McCain give the bait and switch grandstanding until it becomes really important and then supporting Zero’s position.
McLame lost and is done. Hopefully, Arizona will be done with him as well soon enough.

The President should give the Independence Day Address. But, I have to ask, did he give it from Moscow, or did he record it before he left?
To: John D
You can have 0bama - I will continue to oppose him as best I can especially on this 4th of July.

Since he fought for out country you’d think he’d sit down and read the constitution where it says things like free speech (campaign finance reform)...........I respect his service to out country. i just think he sucks and because of that we have a MARXIST as president

odumbo fights against our countryObama is not the only enemy out there. He is only the most obvious one of them.
If you can't see that McCain and the RINOs stand ready to sabotage conservative efforts to stop Obama, then you're either stupid or naive.
