Written by the AP with help from the Beirut bureau Yeah, like I believe all of it.

Also, if Saddam wasn't helping Al Queerda just what terrorist groups were they providing support to?

Abu Nidal of the PLF had taken refuge in Iraq, as well as other members of Palestinian Terrorist orgaizations.

Nidal committed suicide just before we invaded in 2003.

Also, if memory serves me, Abu Abbas, the mastermind of the hijacking of the Achille Lauro in 1985 was captured in Iraq after we invaded.
Then again my memory here is a bit fuzzy.

"By God, if I had such weapons, I would have used them in the fight against the United States," he told Piro.

This, somehow, doesn't ring true. Before the first Gulf War I've read that we sent a message to Sadaam warning him that if he used gas we'd nuke him and it was *that* that convinced him not to do it.This sounds like a *very* plausible claim. And if true there's no reason to believe that the same warning wasn't communicated to him the second time as well.

I think the WMDs *did* exist and were transported,in the weeks leading up to the war,to his *very* good friends, the Syrians...as suggested by Colin Powell when showing all those photos of truck activity at the Iraq/Syria border to the UN.

Maybe, but I tend to think that he buried his stash of chemical-weapon shells out in the desert, then lost track of them.

Besides, maybe he did use chemical weapons against our boys in the Gulf War of 91’
That might explain Gulf War Syndrome

Yes, well, I am polymerized tree sap and you’re an inorganic adhesive. So whatever verbal projectile you launch in my direction is reflected off of me, returns in its original trajectory and adheres to you.
