North Korea or China get the technology from Russia and the reverse-engineer what ever it is.It could be bombs to bullets.China is getting smart about this this entire process. They actually go to the Russian manufacturer and get a license to produce their version. The copy is nothing like the real thing, but Russian technology is still a pile of junk.

The Chinese or North Koreans sell this stuff to countries like Egypt,Sudan,Burmese,Pakistanis,Iranians. When you see an Iranian launch its a North Korean missile.
