More bad news for Barack Obama.
The first major book to be published on his presidency has shot up to the No. 1 spot on The New York Times' bestseller list the very first week of its release.
Unlike the fawning media coverage the Obama White House has come to expect, this new best-seller "Catastrophe" paints a deeply negative picture of Obama and his policies.
"Catastrophe: How Obama, Congress, and the Special Interests Are Transforming a Slump Into a Crash, Freedom Into Socialism, and a Disaster Into a Catastrophe . . . and How to Fight Back" is authored by Dick Morris and his co-author, wife Eileen McGann. Their book will debut on the Times list on July 12.

Just got it, looks loaded up with facts & numbers.
Hope it gets wide circulation: Obama is a communist, plain and simple. Nothing more, nothing less. The campaign in 2012 should just focus on that fact, because the dork really can’t refute the evidence of it. If he gets re-elected, the people deserve what they get!

I just finished reading it. Dick does a great job of explaining the subprime mortgage mess.
I watched an interview with him (not hard to do as he does LOTS of them) on Fox hyping this book. It sounds like a very good effort. I hope it is and that it finds a wide audience.
Let me say Obama makes the communists look not so bad. Even Putin thinks he is a kook.
Dick Morris has had his ups and downs—mostly downs. But I must say that everything I have read by him about Obama has been on the money.
I think he decided to put his own former political ambitions aside and tell it like it is.
I have to say that Dick’s book Fleeced was right on and it was published before the election, he predicted stuff we are seeing now—can’t wait to read Catastrophe, I also recommend Glenn Beck’s new book, Common Sense. Another best seller on the NY Slimes list. Yet we do not see liberal books at the top...hmmmm, could it be most of us aren’t liberal fascist pigs???????

I have met Dick & Eileen personally & I was surprised at what a nice man he is. Unassuming, no ego at all & very much a gentleman.
He made a positive impression on me.
