I thought that stimulus thing was supposed to stimulate unemployment. After all, zero said it was working.

Notice that 1994 was also the last year the Rats held Congress prior to 2008 and that the economy has steadily declined since the came back into power.

Every time I see the unemployment numbers, they CHANGE for the worse.
