Success is crushed with an iron fist through taxation, regulation, yellow journalism, a phalanx of corrupt lawyers, and a court system sympathetic to the wishes of THE STATE. Failure on the other hand is promptly rewarded with generous subsidies from taxpayer largess, lax regulation, favorable press coverage, and an approving eye from the political elite in DC who are happy as long as they are getting their “cut”.
