I can’t think of a better Senator to represent the Democrats and Minn. He is the prefect poster child of the Democrats.
It just takes the heat off Snow and McCain. This has to grate on McCain as he could loose his seat next to Kennedy.
Them folks in Minnesota are also hosts to the largest and most hostile Somali Muslim population in the United States, although greater Nashiville TN isn’t too far behind.
Congrats, Minnesota, your “Land of 10,000 Lakes” is now a practice ground for future Somali pirates.
OBTW, next to Somalis, Bucktooth Al really is a child in diapers. These Islamo-mafiosi are some mean motor scooters according to local accounts.

An interesting addition to the U.S. Senate. Al Franken is said to be in fighting trim and is always eager to threaten those who disagree with him, with serious bodily harm.
Franken is, in effect, the James P. Moran of the upper chamber, the latter being the ex-Marine-former-Golden-Gloves-Champion who is equally hot tempered and often intimidates his Republican opponents in the House.
Thus has utter thuggery come to the United States Congress.

If Laura Brod runs for Governor next year she could serve one term and then take out Franken though.
Give it 2-4 years. With the misery produced the Democrats won't win anything.

Yesterday was Minnesota’s day in the national spotlight. The future belongs to Frankenstein. I apologize to all the good people of Minnesota and feel your pain for the king of fools your state forced onto the national stage.
