I'm the president of the United States. He may think he is, but what else would you expect from a poser?
If you marry an underage girl, the marriage is anulled and the groom may wind up in jail.
If you elect an ineligible, fraudulent person to be President, the election should also be annuled.
If you have a person who committed criminal acts before and after the election, he's just a criminal, and may also wind up in jail.
