Good post. The GOP needs to dump these sick scumbags.
The next time you get a piece of mail asking for $$ for the Republican House races, fire them a note saying You'd LOVE to give, but since these EIGHT JERKS decided to raise your utility rates, maybe THEY can fund their races.
Mary Bono has GOT to be a multi-millionaire, so the jacked up electric bills she voted for probably won't affect her.
But I can tell you as a middle class working man, this is the STUPIDEST VOTE ANY of these people could have made.
Unbelievable. What a huge disappointment.
That does it! I’m calling my Senators Boxer and Feinstein and demanding that they vote against this abomination in the Senate!
Three RINOs from New Jersey. Reckon they know this guy? >>>
Yes, energy prices will rise, adds Ralph Izzo, CEO of PSEG Energy in Newark, N.J., but the world we will leave our kids is a lot better than the world we would otherwise leave.

In terms of the vote, I suspect even if all Republicans had voted against, enough of the Democrat nay votes would have flipped to pass this massive tax increase regardless.
I'm ashamed of my Country today.
Not if my calls to Boxer and Feinstein have anything to do with it!
“Im calling my Senators Boxer and Feinstein and demanding that they vote against this abomination in the Senate!”
I’ve been contacting them for a year about “global stupid.” Alas. I think they’re invested in it.
They need to fear us, really fear us.
How can we get people like these out of office? I have never been to NJ or CAL. Do we contribute to their opponents? Electing a democrat in their place would be a wash, but the traitors would be punished. I'm for that. I will donate to a conservative in the primary and if the conservative doesn't bump the rino, I will contribute to the dem. It is time for payback.
Ask Susan Collins and then ask the other bitch Snowe. We have just gone over the rubicon.
We could have won this thing. Unfortunately, it appears as though the GOP is infested with ‘Ratpublicans.
Does anyone have a link to the actual bill. My wife wants to read it before she gets in the face of our Congresswoman...
I was going to ask as how these people could vote to screw themselves, but then I read the bill. THEY DO NOT GET SCREWED.
They must be purged or the repubics die on the vine.
LLS
This is an absolute outrage — how these SO CALLED REPUBS.
could saddle up and go with the RATS on this stupid.
idiotic, legislation which was drafted by the staff’s
of Markey (MASS) and Waxman (CALF) is unbelievable!
All freepers in these states need to work to get these idiots out in the 2010 election.
i NEED AN ADDY FOR EVERYONE OF THESE SOBS.
Please tell me we have united enough that this senate will be bombarded enough that this will not pass.
I know that in the Neu Amerika, I’m a fool for saying “what if” but what if we had been able to shut this down. The DemocRATS would have to spend a lot of time trying to pick themselves up off the mat. These 8 Ratpublicans totally disgust me. They are not Americans. The do not care about Americans. They are just a bunch of greedy, lowlife politicians.

Mark Kirk is an ass. HIs stupid video blog claiming he read the entire bill is truly insulting. If true, it makes it even worse that he still voted for it!!!!
Another victory for Chicago Che. After sewing incalculable destruction maybe he will exile with Hugo.
Agreed! It’s time to show our teeth!
I will mail the RNC one of their pre-paid envelopes tomorrow, with the list of these traitors inside. As usual I will add a note about what the RNC needs to do to get another dime of my money.
Recently I sent the page of printed out Monopoly money saying “here’s the deal, you give me real conservatives to vote for, I’ll send you real money”.
Just sent them a “Sarah Palin/ Michelle Bachmann 2012” note.
They send so many pre-paid envelopes trolling for donations, I can send them a nasty gram every week for free.
Tomorrow, the list of Cap and Tax traitors will get sent to them. GRRR.
DAMMIT!! I’VE VOTED FOR REICHERT TWICE!!! DAMMIT! THAT BASTARD!! Sorry for all the caps, this just PISSES ME OFF! I didn’t think I needed to call him today! DAMMIT!@
We need to scare them, they should be afraid of us, not just the next election.
Like any thug that breaks into your home should be afraid, afraid of what awaits them in the dark.
I see a gay affair scandal in Kirk’s future.
That guy’s got fag written all over him.
Homos, pedophiles, whatever.... I suspect that some of these scumbags were informed by the rats about some interesting dirt that had been dug up. The only way to combat this is for the Republicans to come up with the same dirt.
Bono is my rep and Boxer and Fienstein my Senators.
My letters, emails and calls are alss taken into consideration.
I always get an automated reply.
I see Democrat Scott Murphy, who ran against Jim Tedisco in the 20th district Special Election in New York State, voted for this bill. To all of the people who voted for Scott Murphy because they thought he was a blue dog Dem, take notice and remember this on his next Election Day.
Murphy is also for socialized medicine.
Like me you ZERO representation,
Do what I do; only buy foreign goods, even if they cost more.
Galts valley is nice.
They have no fear of us. What is there to fear from a angry phone call or a angry e-mail. They know we no longer have the backbone to take the next step. With acorn and liberal media, they can make their own rules. When dead people vote and vote often, when black thugs with clubs stand in front of the voting doors. When the gay mafia takes free speech away from the citizen. What hope do we have that our votes have meaning. Our so called leaders are laughing at us. With each bill they pass they get that much richer. I mean, is there anyone in congress that isn’t a millionaire? Remember the golden rule,”the one with the most gold..Rules.”
and right on the heels of this they are introducing Smoot-Hawley II... I don’t think there is a politician or economist in DC who has studied American History, but Glenn Beck said it best today, we are becoming a country where only wealthy politicians and the very poor will benefit; everyone else will struggle.
I’m most disappointed about Chris Smith. I’ve admired him for years as the most pro-life congressman we have... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Smith_(US_politician)
I’m calling his office on Monday and asking why he did this.
Make sure these bastages never get elected again. Vote in people that we can trust(if that’s possible)
You know what really POs me is that none of the things these fools vote for ever really fixes anything. They never have a good idea.
Look how hated the CFLs are for example. Ugly light, expensive AND dangerous. The devil is always in the details and they never have a grasp of those details. Yet still they press on dragging those of us who know this crap will be a disaster along with them.
Scott Murphy is a business man, and on that said he would bring jobs to his district. INSTEAD, his Yea vote will cause millions of jobs throughout the country to go overseas.
You can be sure I will fight against him being elected again, through writing letters to editors to newspapers in his district, and calling local talk shows.
What's with Mary Bono lately? I know she's always been considered a "moderate conservative" but she's veered into borderline RINO territory in recent years ala Congressman Tim Johnson. She now has the most liberal voting record of any CA Republican Congressman. What would Sonny say? Better yet, what does her new hubbie Connie Mack say! Connie, it looks like the Mrs. has been hanging out with the Dems at too many cocktail parties!
>> RINO #2: Mike Castle, Delaware's at-large Rep. <<
Business as usual for him. With Amo Houghton, Connie Morella, the CT trio, etc. out of office, he and Mark Kirk have been busy taking up the mantle of leaders in the RINO cause. Sadly, the DE GOP wants to run him for the Senate.
>> RINO #3: Mark Kirk, Illinois' 10th District (this JOKER claims to have read the entire bill...so he REALLY is without excuse! Check out his blog: Mark Kirk's RINO blog) <<
He claims that because dopey Mark Kirk voted in favor Pelosi's minimum wage bill like a good "independant-minded, thoughtful" RINO, and THEN discovered she exempted businesses in her own district! (poor fellow didn't read the bill, you see) Naturally, Kirk was "outraged". He's making sure socialism hits all Americans from now on. The IL GOP also wants this leftie for statewide office, so Roland Burris can be replaced with someone more liberal. Hopefully freepers are now catching on to the fact Kirk is unacceptable in the primary.
>> RINO #4: Leonard Lance, New Jersey's 7th District <<
One of the newbies in Congress. The jury was out on him, now we know. Freakin NJ RINOs! On the plus side: he represents a majority GOP district that has been held by Republicans for over two decades. Primary him!
>> RINO #5: Frank LoBiondo, New Jersey's 2nd District <<
Business as usual for him too. Again, freakin' NJ RINOs!
>> RINO #6: John McHugh, New York's 23rd District <<
John McHugh demonstrations why, nationally, the NY Republicans are a dying breed.
>> RINO #7: Dave Reichert, Washington's 8th District <<
Did a brief background check on him and his district. Seems he's Washington state's version of Mark Kirk. Please don't tell me the WAGOP wants him for statewide office too.
>> RINO #8: Chris Smith, New Jersey's 4th District <<
Single issue pro-life "end abortion" guy, can't be counted on for anything else. At least that puts him a notch above the other two Jersey guys on the list. But still... freakin' NJ RINOs...
>> RINO #3: Mark Kirk, Illinois’ 10th District (this JOKER claims to have read the entire bill...so he REALLY is without excuse! Check out his blog: Mark Kirk’s RINO blog) <<

You betcha! Kirk is Kaput in Illinois
Man, the IL GOP is worthless. I will do whatever I can to see that Kirk never wins statewide office.
Well the RINOs have to go. But an easier mark might be the first term Dems who rode Obama’s coattails to victory in traditionally Republican districts. Those are the guys/gals who are vulnerable to a massive, well organized Global Warming is Crap blitz campaign. We need to identify them and find some good candidates who understand the science and the politics of this piece of garbage bill to run against these weak Dems.
I would have voted for Kirk, but now I’d crawl on my hands and knees over broken glass to vote for ANYBODY who runs against him.I think these 8 turncoats are woefully underestimating the fury that awaits them.
When I lived in California I would write to these women protesting and when I would (rarely) get a reply back it was always in this vein: “My constituents want...or believe”....and I always always thought....who am I if not your constituent? Obviously they do not care about their little constituents thoughts or needs.
