They will each have a hand and a leg cut off after being convicted by a Sharia court in the capital, Mogadishu.

I know I can't. Seen enough of it in some parts of the world where they cut off the hand below the wrist so as to leave something to grasp with (their idea of mercy). In some cities, the convicts congregate on the boulevard median strips and hold up their "flippers" to beg money from passing cars. That ain't justice in my book. It's simply maiming somebody, and creating another problem.
