PRINCETON, N.J. (June 21) - President Barack Obama's job approval rating fell to 58% in Gallup Poll daily tracking from June 16-18 -- a new low for Obama in Gallup tracking, although not dissimilar to the 59% he has received on four other occasions.

The Chicago slime is oozing out finally. The people will start seeing and smelling it more and more.
And this poll is with “Adults” not “Registered Voters” or “Likely Voters” where his approval is likely even lower. Rasmussen polls “Likely Voters”.
I am betting that before all is through his polling will make Carter’s look good.
What is the real number once the Bradley Effect is accounted for?
The only thing keeping the “Misery Index” low right now is interest rates. Just wait until inflation takes hold and interest rates go up. Then O will be like Carter.

Funny you should mention backyard BBQ banter. My neighbors had a backyard BBQ yesterday. Finally Obama was brought up. All they could talk about was how cool Obama was for swatting a fly. I sat there for a moment and then said, "You all do realize that N. Korea just tested a nuke and that N. Korea plans on launching a missile toward Hawaii and Obama is doing nothing about it?" They all said "Oh, let's not talk politics...."

Time passes. Younger co-workers now ask me just what is meant by “drinking the koolaid”.

THis is his approval rating among ALL ADULTS, which inflates his true approval rating among the electorate.
He’s already hovering close to 50% among the electorate. See the Ras numbers, the only real gauge of his chances for reelection.
