Nice. I don’t see how anyone can really believe obama’s looking out for the US. Virtually everything he does shows disdain for the country and support for our enemies.

Swell- just when we can’t affordto spend more money on moronic agencies, that;’s exactly what obama enstates- more agencies. I wodner how much money they will waste i nthe coming years ‘studying’ the ocean? Don’t we already allocate money to ‘study’ the ocean? Aren’t those folks already employed by the government able to tell obama what might ‘damage’ the ocean and marine environments?

American citizens opposed the Law of the Sea Treaty,which held it back but apparently Mr. O is going to bless the UN with global government authority over the oceans.
NO it would not be laughable even then. American citizens are guaranteed constitutional government by the structure of our government. By corrupting it with czars, we no longer have representative government, nor constitutional government.
American citizens need to stop being passive about the massive corruption going on in our government. That means all of us.
