At the Radio & TV Correspondents Dinner TOTUS gave a stumbling monologue that was supposed to be funny. One time it was funny was when he made some pointed jabs at st hillary.
Everyone knows that Obama has effectively cordoned off Hillary from any substantive duties at the State Dept. by assigning various "special envoys" to key areas, like Amb. Holbrooke (Afghanistan/Pakistan) cited below.
But, it seems to me TOTUS made a special point of noting how Hillary stumbled on her way to the WH, but "fortunately...Hillary's ready to settle."
This seems to be a thinly veiled jab at Hillary's request for Obama help in resolving her campaign debts after she had to "settle" for losing the nomination to him.
Obama: "As most of you know, Hillary broke her elbow on her way to the White House and we all wish her a very speedy recovery.
"I do have to say, though, that while it's been reported as an accident there were some suspicious circumstances. Just before the accident Secret Service spotted Richard Holbrooke spraying WD40 all over the driveway.
"So now on top of the cost of healthcare and energy and the recovery plan, we've got another fiscal problem, fortunately the lawyer's tell me that Hillary's ready to settle."

Final points: Obama had to heal a serious rift between his and Hillary's supporters last summer in order to get the nomination. It seems he now feels quite comfortable in publicly humiliating her.
1) Any outrage from st hillary's folks?
2) Is he as crazy as his rambling monologue would suggest? With his top domestic issue healthcare failing and poll numbers dropping can he afford to alienate powerful allies like the Clinton crew?

I have not been paying extremely “close” attention to hillary and biden (who would unless you were paid to), but I’ve seen on Fox lately that both suggested TOTUS should take a stronger position on Iran. Anti-TOTUS blasphemy!
It seems to me that hillary (by obama’s own remarks about holbrooke) and biden (his comments about Obama not being able to survive w/out a teleprompter) are not happy in their roles — and conversely TOTUS is very happy about keeping them non-essential with all his appointments of WH czars and ‘special envoys’ answerable only to him.
The question could be, with both hillary and biden (who delusionally thinks he could be President and failing to recognize he was just the safe white-bread choice and should now stay in the cupboard (not the cabinet)) now understanding their limited roles, how long before they really start causing problems.
