The Most Dangerous Man in the World: Barack H. Obama
canada free press ^ | Tuesday, June 2, 2009 | Joy Tiz

Congratulations to President Obama! Osama bin Laden is no longer the most dangerous man in the world, having been effectively neutered by former President Bush’s war on terror. Obama has deftly picked up the mantle and has become America’s number one enemy.

Demonstrating its consummate mendacity, the mainstream media referred, during the 2008 campaign, to Barack Obama as “no drama Obama”. Just a few short months into his presidency, it is manifest that no drama Obama is instead, the architect of chaos and destruction. Everything Obama touches plummets into disorder.

He has America converting faster than a new affirmative action prison.

Someone made the comparison, on yesterday (Tuesday)’s Mike Gallagher Show, of this Pres__ent to Roman emperor Nero...fiddling while Rome burned.

What many may not realize - and it makes the comparison all the more realistic - is that Rome didn’t just burn...Nero BURNED it. Dude had a fetish for destroying things, so he could rebuild them. Perhaps...”never letting a good crisis go to waste”?

But when he burned Rome, folks were pretty ticked, and he needed a scapegoat...and he found one, in the Christians. So when he fiddled in his garden, it was by the light of his specialty torches - Christians rolled in pitch and set on fire.

Hit the street anytime you want, I am not waiting for some sort of leadership, like I have yet to see anyone I could trust anyway.

To me the militias are full of nut jobs, I have little faith in any TV person to tell me what to do, and I know that there is too much offshore funding to many other groups to insure true American loyalty.

Sometimes you have to take out your own garbage.

I've been wondering that same thing for months now.

Lately, I've been getting mental imagery of a massive, nationwide eruption of angry citizens, fed up with the treason and tyranny of Washington.

But, it's more than that. It's almost as if I can actually sense a great tension building. Like something straining against a restraint of some sort.

I'm not trying to be spooky about this. Everyone has the ability to pick up on strong emotion, when it's being felt by millions of people. We're all human, and connected in thought.

My guess is that the thing that's holding the American people back, is the fact that we've been a civilized and affluent people for a very long time now. Rebellion and insurgency is abhorrent to us. It's not the way that we would choose if we had our druthers. We're in a state of disbelief at all that's happening to us, and I suppose we're just stunned at the moment.

Having said that, the tension and anger is present, and only requires a spark of some kind to ignite this pressurized kettle into an explosion.

I don't know what that ignition point will be, but it's my guess that the current administration is too arrogant, and/or stupid to keep from lighting the match that will set it off.

There's something to be said for that. I believe that on a base level, it's true.

It's the innate survival instinct coming to the fore, in my opinion. Obama and his communistic regime are threatening, no, actually destroying our entire way of life, and all of our security before our very eyes.

Sane people are supposed to react this way.

A good, organized shove-back at the polls would quite suffice to upset the Rat applecart but good. As I am fond of pointing out, some 40% of Americans who potentially could have voted for some presidential candidate last fall did not vote for any. And the response to legislature level contests was even more lukewarm. The sheer give-a-damn factor is mightier than any ACORN.

I'm getting a mixed reading. Our upper middle class Philadelphia suburb has trended Dem in recent years, and many of our local citizens supported hopeychangey. On the one hand I'm seeing only a handful of those irritating bumper stickers. I think people are quietly removing them as they develop a measure of buyer's remorse. I also find many people in agreement when I make disparaging remarks about the dithering fools in Washington or about the levels of taxation and inflation that will result from the insane spending.

On the other hand, many people are completely ignorant of what is happening. They just watch CNN and think they're informed. I spoke with another mom who is planning a family vacation to Alaska in June. She was talking about contingencies, and I mentioned the missile testing by North Korea and that it might have folks in Alaska a bit edgy. She was completely unaware that anything was happening there. When I said something to a store checkout worker about the talk of a value-added tax, she dumbly said she welcomed it because she figured it would help her. She said she was born to vote Democrat. Unfortunately, we have far too many people who vote without thinking and far too many people who have their heads in the sand. Reality hasn't hit yet because they're still going through the usual activities of daily life, and see the financial decline as just a recession like all the others.

I've been surprised and distressed at how many people who left iron curtain countries fail to understand what's happening. Mostly they're younger folks who left in the past 10 or so years and didn't experience the most severe hardships as adults. They also didn't experience the change from freedom to tyranny as my parents' generation did. They grew up in European socialism, and don't make the connection between that and the resultant high taxes and high unemployment throughout much of Europe. They come to America for a better life, but don't understand the historic basis of our freedom and prosperity.

Television displays GREAT technology and almost no content fit to watch, except for the Discovery Channel and the hijacked Weather Channel, that used to be John Coleman’s - and football if you’re interested. I think the main purpose of the sports leagues on TV is to keep eveybody’s minds off Washington and what’s REALLY happening in the world. That’s how our country was hijacked.

I was speaking with a conservative woman earlier this week. She had no clue that a VAT was being proposed.

Yesterday, I spoke with a liberal who seems to think national medical marijuana is a done deal.

Others seem to have been convinced that “things are looking up.”

I do know conservatives who are simply angry, depressed and shell-shocked. Most are preparing for inflation at best and collapse at worst. I am fairly certain they are a minority. About a year ago, the subject of preparing came up with someone whom I would classify as Independent. She shrugged and said:”Everything eventually runs out. Why bother?”

So, more mixed messages from SW Wisconsin

It all boils down to accurate information and education.

I, myself, was once guilty of an unforgivable lack of knowledge about current events, basic politics, and history.

Like most Americans, I went to government schools, and felt that I had an adequate understanding of politics and government, and was sufficiently well-informed to be a responsible citizen.

Boy, was I off by at least a factor of 100. Only by a conscious effort on my part to discover what the right side of the aisle had to offer, was I able to lift myself out of the darkness of liberal indoctrination and unawareness.

Today, I feel as though I’ve had a decade’s worth of higher education, regarding politics, history, etc. The level of awareness I’ve gained by consuming a better diet of information is so far above where I once was, that it’s hard to describe. I can hardly believe that I was ever as stupid as I was just ten years ago.

People who make no effort to dig any deeper than the propaganda of the MSM will never understand the basic truths of our nation’s condition, or what the correct path for our nation is.

We have not yet reached the point of being willing to give our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. From an old song, Freedom is just another word, when there is nothing left to lose. Those are the two paths back to our liberty. We will either face the trouble now or we will seek our Freedom when we have nothing left.

As noted one, who kept a tavern at Amboy, was standing at his door, with as pretty a child in his hand, about eight or nine years old, as most I ever saw, and after speaking his mind as freely as he thought prudent finished with this un-fatherly expression, " Well! Give me peace in my day." Not a man who lives on the continent but fully believes that a separation must some time or other finally take place, and a generous parent should have said, "If there must be trouble, let it be in my day that my child may have peace;" and this reflection, well applied, is sufficient to awaken every Man to duty.~~Thomas Paine

You reminded me of something I read last year from Goldberg's book, Liberal Fascism. Some here pointed out the missing ingredient was violence and just isn't/wasn't seen as coming from the peace-nik left. He needs to push for a violent crisis to be able to put boots on the ground. He is not there quite yet, not yet ready. That sleeping volunteer act needs to simmer quietly on the back burner for about 6 months.

The Obamafuhrer can't put enough boots on the ground to stop even 10% of the gun owning public, if they decide to "take it to the streets".

Where's he gonna get an army of 9 million that will support his diabolical tyranny? That's about the strength of numbers it would take to overthrow The People.
