LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A 23-year-old man upset about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan opened fire from his truck at two soldiers standing outside a military recruiting station here on Monday morning, killing one private and wounding another, the police said.
The gunman, identified by the police as Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad of Little Rock, fled the scene and was arrested minutes later a short distance from the recruiting station, in a bustling suburban shopping center. The police confiscated a Russian-made SKS semiautomatic rifle, a .22-caliber rifle and a handgun from his black pickup truck.
The two privates, who were both from Arkansas, were in Little Rock as part of a recruiting program that typically uses soldiers recently out of basic training to promote the Army in their home regions, Army officials said.

When hate speech turns into murder. I blame this on MSNBC and Keith Olberman. The time has come to quarantine MSNBC News. Olbermann and MSNBC have incited this Muslim to murder and terrorism.
If there is a solution, it is perhaps an indirect boycott. It is probably your experience, as it has been mine, that stores, restaurants, waiting rooms, sometimes show MSNBC News on their televisions. Don’t write a letter, don’t make a threat. Just get up and explain. If they will not change the channel, leave the place and state calmly why it is you are taking your business elsewhere.
MSNBC will never restrain itself from incitement to murder and terrorism, not until it’s profits start to decline, it’s growth stops. So not so much a boycott here, a quarantine. Because this has got to stop.

Police and media trying to keep the lid on the perp’s background. Word is, he converted to Islam in prison (one person even stated this was in Somalia...). But police are trying to say this was isolated, and that he acted alone.
So far, charges filed include 1 count of capital murder, and 15 counts of terroristic threatening (for shooting into a building).
Seems to me, this fellow is exactly the kind that Gitmo was intended for. And I am all in favor of a little waterboarding to find out who recruited him and who his contacts are. AFter all - how does someone who has served time have access to firearms? Stolen? Bought? Lots of questions to be answered.
Prayers for the family of both of these men, and for the one who - so far - has survived the attack.

If he’s locked up in prison with fellow Muslims, then it will merely encourage others who seek righteousness by their own hand in their own eyes, to commit similar heinous criminal acts.
IMHO, the death penalty is warranted to preserve freedom for the public from similar criminally minded Islamic extremists, regardless their country of origin.

There is already a lot of concern within the military..especially the special forces community..that they or their families might be targeted by terrorists like this perp. Since most military families live off base or in open housing it is a concern.
This incident will be played down by the MSM, ups..the GCM..the Govt controlled media.
I pray for the families...they didn’t send their sons off to war to be shot down in friendly territory. Didn’t this guy commit a federal crime?
