I want to know who told the scumbags they didn’t need to show up for court as well. There should be charges brought against someone in the justice department.

I’m betting the decision to drop this uncontested case goes at least up to racist AG Eric Holder, maybe even to the racist Obama White House.

Obama’s civilian security force:
Billy club-wielding security guards at Philly polls

By Michelle Malkin, November 4, 2008

"Here’s the vid of billy club-wielding 'security' guards at the 1221 Fairmount Ave. polling place in Philly from Election Journal. Just as I suspected, these guys look like NBPP [New Black Panther Party] from the emblem on one of the 'guard’s' jackets.

Maybe this is what Barack Obama was talking about when he proposed a Civilian Security Force."

“Although it [The New Black Panther Party] says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and “revolution” as the solution, the new party does not draw its influences from Marxism or Maoism as the original party did. Instead, in a carefully-worded, roundabout form of ethnic nationalism,[8] they say that Marx based his ideology and teachings on indigenous African cultures, and that the NBPP therefore need not look to Marxism or Maoism as a basis for their program, but can look to ideologies that stem directly from those African origins.”

[1960s/original] Black Panther Party [BPP] Archives
From the article: REVOLUTIONARY HEROES

"On May 1st, May Day [1969], the day of the gigantic Free Huey rally, two of Alioto's top executioners vamped on the brothers from the Brown Community who were attending to their own affairs. These brothers, who are endowed with the revolutionary spirit of the Black Panther Party defended themselves from the racist pig gestapo.

Pig Joseph Brodnik received his just reward with a big hole in the chest. Pig Paul McGoran got his in the mouth which was not quite enough to off him.

The revolutionary brothers escaped the huge swarm of pigs with dogs, mace, tanks and helicopters, proving once again that "the spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."

To these brothers the revolutionary people of racist America want to say, by your revolutionary deed you are heroes, and that you are always welcome to our camp."

“Don’t bother showing up in court. Since Obama won, you’re covered.”

This will expand. There will be progressive license for more intimidation and outright violence against political opponents.

I already see signs of their empowerment. The panthers claim that they weren’t working for the democrats despite thier signatures on official documents proclaiming them to be acting on behalf of the democrats. We see the same blatant willingness to lie in the people who speak for ACORN.

They no longer care if they’re caught lying because nothing happens to them when they are.

In Florida there was a patrol car a MILE away from a polling place and they screamed “intimidation.” The rule of law is broken.

The reason is obvious. Obama is black. Eric Holder is black, the defendants are black, and the victims are white. Can’t be having a case about racism and white voter intimidation when we are trying to put a racist in the SC.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's the big deal over the dropped charges?

I can't see how a member of a known radical group standing menacingly in front of a polling place with a deadly weapon could possibly be construed as intimidation.

You people need to lighten up and not read so much into the Black Panther's intentions.

It would be kind of hard to bring charges against Eric Holder. Every congresscritter in DC knew what kind of thug Holder was before they voted for him. It's there own damn fault for not standing up for their constituents (as usual)!

I have to laugh thinking back on the lefty nutjobs who said Pres. Bush was a dictator. These same nutjobs aren't saying anything now yet Obama has his finger in just about every private sector in the country. And, he's not doing such a hot job of it either.

There will soon be complete license to intimidate and physically harm people who aren’t “politically correct”, even if that incorrectness is simply the color of your skin.

Charges Against 'New Black Panthers' Dropped by Obama Justice Dept.

"..A poll watcher who provided an affidavit to prosecutors in the case noted that Bartle Bull, who worked as a civil rights lawyer in the south in the 1960's and is a former campaign manager for Robert Kennedy, said it was the most blatant form of voter intimidation he had ever seen..."

Bartle Bull was on O'Reilly. IMO he would be a great witness. The Prosecutors had the Panthers cold. Politics is the only reason charges were dropped. The Obama Justice Department does not want to discourage their thugs in the Panthers and ACORN from further screwing with the elections.

The reason is obvious. Obama is black. Eric Holder is black, the defendants are black, and the victims are white.

More than skin color, it has to do with their anti-Capitalist, anti-American revolutionary ideology. Black Liberation Theology is a pro-revolution communist ideology.

Eric Holder's role in the pardons of BLA (Black Liberation Army) comrades/Weather Underground members, Susan Rosenberg and Linda Evans (Brinks Truck robbery and triple murder):

Eric Holder, Bill Clinton, Wright's 'Black Liberation' "church", and the pardons of 16 members of the Puerto Rican Marxist terrorist group FALN:(Wright's Marxist BLT 'church' (Obama's 'church' for 20+ years) advocated for FALN terrorists)

"Fraunces Tavern is a restaurant and museum in lower Manhattan, New York City. It was built on the site of a former building which played a significant role in pre-Revolutionary activities, and in which, on 4 December 1783, General George Washington bade farewell to his officers at the end of the Revolution, before returning to his home, Mount Vernon."

"During the 1970s and 1980s, FALN members set off at least 138 bombs in five major U.S. Cities. Six Americans were killed in those attacks. One of those bombings, in January 1975, was at the historic Fraunces Tavern in lower Manhattan while patrons were at lunch. The explosion killed four and injured more than 50."

"Between 1974 and 1985 the FALN (Puerto Rican Armed Forces of National Liberation) organized 120 terrorist bombings in the United States. Many Americans were killed in those bombings, and many more were crippled. In 1983, another Puerto Rican terrorist group known as the Macheteros, attacked and robbed a Wells Fargo armored car in Connecticut. The Macheteros intended to use the money to finance a terrorist campaign against the United States. Working under the cover of Puerto Rican nationalism and claiming to act on behalf of the 'oppressed people of Puerto Rico,' the FALN and the Macheteros are nothing but Communist revolutionaries. Both groups were organized by Fidel Castro's secret police. The ultimate goal of the FALN and the Macheteros is the creation of an independent Marxist-Leninist dictatorship on the island of Puerto Rico."

I have to laugh thinking back on the lefty nutjobs who said Pres. Bush was a dictator.

You are right, it was "projection". They were projecting their desires on the Bush Administration. This is an extraordinary act by the Obamanation. The "rule of law" is seriously endangered if not broken.

This is likely the beginning of a selective pattern of prosecutions. Watch for the investigation of pro life groups to get out of all reasonable bounds.
