Is it okay to show your patriotism at the office?
For one Arlington woman, the answer was "no" after she hung an American flag in her office just before the Memorial Day weekend.
Debbie McLucas is one of four hospital supervisors at Kindred Hospital in Mansfield. Last week, she hung a three-by-five foot American flag in the office she shares with the other supervisors.
When McLucas came to work Friday, her boss told her another supervisor had found her flag offensive. "I was just totally speechless. I was like, 'You're kidding me,'" McLucas said.
McLucas' husband and sons are former military men. Her daughter is currently serving in Iraq as a combat medic.

She should put up her Blue Star Flag.
She needs to be canned.
If that person is in a position of authority (such as supervisor), she has shown that she clearly has very poor judgement in making an army mom remove an American flag before Memorial Day. A poor judgement of the worst caliber.
If she cannot see why that is horribly wrong, then her skills in other areas are also questionable.
So the foreign-born boss found it “offensive?”
Amazing - what are we doing to ourselves importing such people as citizens?

McLucas said that supervisor took down the flag herself.” To me this is the gist of it. It frost me when people come to this country and then try to tell us what to do and how to do it. I wonder why we don’t know the name of this “supervisor.”

Could someone get pictures of those who “were offended” by the American flag? They are to be pitied. However, it would help to ‘pity’ them more if we could see their pictures.
What is the name of this alien POS? If possible, put her on a boat and send her back to wherever she came from as she has no reason to be in the USA.

Curious why the name of the “offended” wasn’t published. After all, the MSM went all out investigating Joe The Plumber, so at least try to interview the B**** and get her “side of the story.”

That is like me being offended by someones “Che” shirt, so I throw a brick at them.
The response is exponentially more offensive than the so called provocation.
Here is a notice for all lurkers and other people who think it is OK to have a US flag removed and thrown on the floor, because it is "offensive" to you.
Go back to your native country and stay there. Our military, which I also serve in, has been fighting to keep this country safe.
If you don't like it here and OUR flag offends you, get the H*** out and STAY out.

Does your company condones the behavior of the employees that removed our nation;s flag from that lady in the Arlington clinic over the weekend? Does you company allows their employees to break the law by allowing the flag to touch the floor, desecrating it? Does your company condones disrespect towards our nation’s veterans? If your immigrant employees cannot stand the sight of the American flag on display, maybe it is time they go back to their third-world country! The supervisor that took the flag down should be FIRED!

Well it isn’t as if the ‘flag throwing on the ground’ supervisor is actually FROM Mansfield Texas; she is just a longtime resident from some third world hell hole.
The good news...this lady stood up for her country and now the subject is a matter of outrage across the nation. GOOD! The names of the “offended” should of course be made public.
This story is DISGUSTING.
Guess I am going to have to pay a visit to some of my old neighbors and find out what is going on there. This baffles me to no end. Interestingly, I left right about the time the POS moved into the US.
This is one of those situations in which it would have been better for the supervisor to keep her mouth shut. The disrespect she showed a blue star mother is not appreciated by her direct reports and it will come back to haunt her. No one will protect her, as they say.
She should find another line of work as she is not suited to managerial responsibilities.

Since when in the Hell are we so sensitive that we bow down to a super-minority?
That refugee should be made to sit in front of a vdieo screen, ala "Clockwork Orange" and witness what's behind that flag - a rallying point in the muzzle-loader days, raising spirits on Iwo Jima, liberated prisoners flying a homemade flag (made under a death sentence if found), and the countless ones covering the caskets of our returning dead. After that she should be booted out, citizen or not.

Of course, management’s “out” was that the first flag was too big, not that it was an American flag...

Why is the complaining supervisor's name hidden? If he (she?) feels so strongly about the flag, he should have the courage of his convictions and not hide his identity.
Finally, I really, AND I MEAN REALLY, have problems with the fact that the supervisor secretly tore down the flag and threw it on the ground instead of just talking to the person.
The fact that the supervisor manhandled and trashed someone else’s personal property should be grounds for dismissal. The fact that is what a U.S. flag just exacerbates the situation...wonder what Red Skelton would think?
I’m sick and tired of the overuse of the word “Offended”.
I’m also sick and tired of all of the people who are in a position of authority who cave in to scum who claim to be “offended”.
Say goodbye to Memorial Day, 4th of July, Veterans day and every traditional American patriotic day of rememberance if this crap continues.
