If Plastic Surgery Wont Convince You, What Will?
By DAN BILEFSKY
PRAGUE When Petra Kalivodova, a 31-year-old nurse, was considering whether to renew her contract at a private health clinic here, special perks helped clinch the deal: free German lessons, five weeks of vacation, and a range of plastic-surgery options, including complimentary silicone-enhanced breasts.
I would rather have plastic surgery than a free car, said Ms. Kalivodova, who opted for cosmetic breast surgery that would normally cost 2,600, or about $3,500, as well as liposuction on her thighs and stomach. These were physical enhancements, she said, that she could not afford on her 1,000 a month salary.
I feel better when I look in the mirror, she added. We were always taught that if a nurse is nice, intelligent, loves her work and looks attractive, then patients will recover faster.
Petra Kalivodova, 31, a nurse, was motivated to accept an offer from the Iscare Clinic in Prague by complimentary cosmetic breast surgery.

Czech Girls are pretty and that accent is cool.
Not a great angle, but them boobages that she’s got there look just fine to me.
How ‘bout an infusion of common sense?
Since my wife is a nurse, I’m all for this!
IMO, that's sick.
She doesn’t look like she needs anything but some common sense.
We get Russian “Svetlanas’ working at the beach in Delaware.
Beautiful young women! Hard workers. Killer accents! Fine boobages.
But check out the ankles for the shape of things to come after childbirthing!
German lessons an new hooters ......ROTFLMAO !!!
The nurses I know in the US are making far, far more than 1000 Euros a month.
What will male RNs in the US get?
Wide open question alert. . .
The bill
I wonder which one her husband would have more fun with.
www.instantrimshot.com
Why? With bigger boobs, she won't have problems getting rides or even cars.
“What will male RNs in the US get?”
From me, a request for a foxy female replacement!
Of course she would rather have free boobs! With that some stupid man will buy her the car!
lol!!!!
Thanks!!!
Well some of them...the male RN’s that is, could get lipo and have the spare tire removed!
Many of the male RNs will want the boob jobs.
Is the picture pre- or post- boob-job? If pre-, then I'm inclined to agree. But if that pic was taken afterward, then perhaps the lady had cause. Her comments indicate she's already had the surgery.
She looks just fine... in that pic.
“Many of the male RNs will want the boob jobs.”
never thought of that....so take their spare tire and make it into boobs!
Lifetime supply of Extenze?
One of my nurses was a pretty big breated blonde Ukrainian gal....I felt like Bob Fosse.
we need more nurses here in the US
if they’re hot then give em whatever they want
no more mean Jamaican granny nurses please...
lest it need be said I am all for immediate residency for all good looking women “immigrants”
our female gene pool needs some “thinning”.....those eastern European and Balkan gals look like just the ticket
why?
it's just Cinderella fat...
This is gonna be a good thread .......
LOL ditto!
We were always taught that if a nurse is nice, intelligent, loves her work and looks attractive, then patients will recover faster.
Im so glad we don’t have to put up with nurses like this in America. Its so much nicer to have our clip-haired, women in scrubs who could give a flying fornication about looking attractive to the patient. Somewhere, there was a crossroads,,,,
I just had 6” of my colon whacked off and at least I had a sweet little Irish nurse prep me for surgery and not some fag!
*I would rather have plastic surgery than a free car, said Ms. Kalivodova

Depends—how long is the warranty on the tits?
Until someone punctures a hole in one I guess.
The fake ones will fall just like the real ones unless she keeps getting boob jobs.
“no more mean Jamaican granny nurses please...”
Bite your tongue. My wife’s Jamaican and she and ALL her sisters are HOTTIES. I’ve also known some Jamaican nurses and they are HARDLY the type you describe. Now, on the OTHER hand, some Filipina nurses I’ve seen... (and even some of THEM are hotties, if you are not THAT interested in mammarial size).
I could come up with a slight rewording of the 36,000 mile or 3 year warranty for cars, but it would get my a$$ pitched right off the forum real quick like ;^)
I spent many years in Jamaica....long story but I was engaged to a Desnoes and Geddes heiress.
The prettiest women in Jamaican were Chinese mixed...in my view
The Jamaican nurses I dealt with were Ratchetts when I had surgery at Mt Sinai in Manhattan in NYC.
nothing personal but I never thought Jamaica was overrun with babes like say Caracas or Rio but to each his own
when I say I know Jamaica....I really know Jamaica...every Parish from Hanover to St Thomas...beautiful country, the prettiest by far in the Caribbean and the country people are very kind and inviting with great manners......or at least were but in Town and place like Bog walk, Clarendon and whatnot...forget it......Jamaica has problems that are just awful...still better than Haiti or Camden NJ as a rule
I came very close to buying Minard plantation in St Anns...my favorite parish....near Brownstown...400 acres, two great houses, one was featured in Wide Saragasso Sea movie....pimenta trees, cattle and a small lumber mill for only 360,000 US back in 87...but the fear of gunmen even then was palpable...not a place I wanted to raise a family
haven’t been there since 91
What will male RNs in the US get?
Women like Petra with enhanced bodily aesthetics - another of the benefits of ´trickle down´ economics.
We Bust em and Verify
According to the Institute of Medicine (IOM), any kind of breast surgery, including breast implant surgery, makes it at least three times more likely that a woman trying to breastfeed will have an inadequate milk supply (lactation insufficiency). The IOM based that conclusion on a number of studies of women with breast implants or other breast surgery.
Whatever they want.
Amazing how many Russina and Eastern Europeans work in OC, Rehoboth, Bethany etc. They have taken over the summer job market. And talk about hotties!
It's nice for cosmetic recovery for cancer, but as a method for enhancing self esteem, they simply aren't attractive and they are entirely obvious.
I had a Peruana girlfriend who decided to have augmentation done in Peru. She felt that she needed "a lift". The scars were terrible. I know that's not common, but not everyone heals the same.
It's just a lesson on why you should not engage in non-necessary surgery.
I've got more to say but I think I'll just let it sit in the silly looking grin I've got on my face right now. Cheers!
Or she could emigrate to the US and earn 3 or 4 times the salary she is getting in the Czech Republic.
...but as a method for enhancing self esteem, they simply aren't attractive and they are entirely obvious.
I've seen some monstrosities in movies, but I know several women who've had enhancement. Their new breasts look good (none went for the DDD size) and no noticeable scars. It did wonders for their outlook and personality.
I was talking to a young woman last week who was saving up for a boob job. Shes in her mid 20s but because of her AA size she has to go into the Misses section to buy a bra - embarrassing for her. I told her I thought she has cute little boobs. I used the wrong term. She doesnt want cute little, she wants pretty adult size.
Its easy to set back and say that it shouldnt matter - but it does. Its easy to say we should be happy with what we were born with, but thats not the way life is.
Most people enhance their attractiveness in some way. Most women use makeup, hair styles and clothing styles to enhance their appearance. Plastic surgery is the same, just more invasive. Even men do things to enhance their appearance - hair, clothes, gym memberships or home exercise equipment. Plastic surgery for men is gaining rapidly in popularity.
I even enhance my appearance - I have a beard and long hair, I look much better with it this way than with short hair and clean shaven.
Some of us(male RN’s like myself)can get 45 to 60 dollars/hr on travel assignments...many hospital top salaries are in the 30 to 50 dollar range, not counting overtime which is worked often to cover short staffing. Starting salaries vary depending on the institution yet average around 20 to 22 dollars an hour for new grads. 50k is often a an advertised starting salary for new grads in hospitals. Nurse managers and directors make more and nurse anesthetists can go beyond 150k/year as do Nurse Practitioners in some specialties.
Nursing homes are usually 20 percent less and top scale hardly reaches 25/hr for them, for RN’s that is and many NH’s hire LPN’s to do the bulk of the work because it is cheaper.
Home care nurses who are salaried but agree to to do per diem visits on the side can really rake in bucks.
Now with Obama care in the offen and its attempt to shift 1/7th of the economy(read dollars) into the federal government pipe-line, nursing will see lay-offs or at the least massive erosions of hard won gains in pay, benefits, and working conditions. Never will there be a need for for more nurses as folks age, but there won’t be the money to fund the system without some rationing scheme. Nurses will be facing cut backs and layoffs and will be told they have to do more with less staff and supplies.
Yet I know the mind-set of the folks I work with and the bean counters who think the fear of economics will keep nurses working in deteriorating conditions are badly miscaculating. Nurses don’t like impossible conditions that might kill patients...they will walk away!
You got that right.Move’em to the front of the line.
lol...
