You will have to subtract a lot more than that before this hits the bottom. I think we are still free falling and can not see, hear, feel or know where the bottom is.

The credit card business is a major employer in SD and this legislation will just be another nail in our economic coffin. I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop when cap and trade boosts our electric rates 50% and makes farming impossible.
