Pirates captured after attacking a Dutch vessel have gone on trial in the liberal Netherlands and at least two of them have declared their intention to stay on as residents.
Geert-Jan Knoops, an international criminal law attorney and professor at the Royal University of Utrecht, has suggested that the Dutch trial might encourage pirates to surrender just in order to seek a better life in Western countries.
"These trials may trigger other pirates to let themselves be arrested on purpose," he told the Volkskrant newspaper.
"The Dutch Justice department must be cautious. I cannot imagine the five alleged pirates would voluntarily return to Somalia after their conviction."

Solution:
Junk barge anchored off the coast of Somalia with a judge from the Hague on standby. Let them live in the lower decks, swab, and paint for a while, and they will be begging to be let adrift in their little rafts.
No country ever has to take them onto their soil.
This may be the first use I have found for the idiots at the U.N. and their International Court.
Sink them at sea.

Letting the Pirates (Islamic Terrorists) stay in the Netherlands will only encourage more piracy
When pirates (Islamic Terrorists) are captured....they should immediately be facing a military tribunal....once found guilty, they are decapitated and their carcasses dumped into the sea. The Islamic Terrorists will blather for a few weeks....but will cease actions when they know they will face extreme punishment.

Pirates are to be hanged. That is the traditional method of execution for a low criminal.
So being convicted of piracy beats actually being a pirate. Being in jail beats living in Somalia. Because even in jail, you’re out of Somalia. And upon parole you have a shot at staying on in Holland, even if you’re illegal, whereas if you stay in Somalia, every day you wake up and you’re still in Somalia.
Yes, and then after they’re out of jail and enjoying life, then they’ll insist in turning Holland into Somalia!

Pirates are supposed hanged, and their rotting bodies displayed between high water mark and the low to remind other sailors of the wages of crime.
That is the only way they should be allowed to remain there.
