In a last-minute twist, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will miss his own special election.
The governor instead will appear Tuesday in Washington, D.C., with President Barack Obama and other leaders to announce a change in automobile emissions rules, said Schwarzenegger press secretary Aaron McLear.
The governor will remain in Washington, D.C., this week to meet with congressional members and Obama officials "regarding the drastic cuts proposed in his May budget revision," McLear said. Schwarzenegger needs a federal waiver and congressional action to cut as much as $750 million in Medi-Cal.

Pretty soon they won't even be able to ride bicycles out there due to the excess carbon emissions from those huffing and puffing.

That's our horse's ass of a Governor.
I can't wait to sign the Recall petition, a feeling shared by our entire family.

Not to worry- the wife and I ( and many, many neighbors) already voted NO by absentee ballot! Arnold will be coming home to defeat, once again.

Schwarzenegger needs a federal waiver and congressional action to cut as much as $750 million in Medi-Cal. Yea, don't cut the pork/fat/waste, cut medi-cal care to the indigent.
On second thought, cut medi-cal dramatically.
At the same time cut off all the illegal alien insurgent criminal invading colonists and the citizen freeloaders off of medical, ssi etc and they can save a lot more than a measly 3/4 of a billion.

Since California is obviously too big to fail, I wonder what agreement will be reached with Washington that will allow the feds to fire California’s CEO? After all, it’ll be the US taxpayer’s money that bails out Mexifornia-—we should all have a say in how things are done out there.

Arnold Schwarzeneggar is surely beyond contempt. He is a Comic Book Character. I'm proud to say I never voted for him or paid a nickle to see one of his terrible movies. For all of those who voted for him- Shame on you.

itll be the US taxpayers money that bails out Mexifornia Hmmm.
The Feds owe most states hundreds of billions for failing to perform one of their few actual requirements, which is to secure our borders and sovereignty.
The cost to the states, due to these open Federal borders, have become limitless.

Arnold knows the propositions will fail. He is bringing his begging bowl to DC with the hopes that the Messiah will toss him a few coins. It is the only way out for CA, which is on the verge of collapse.
