The 42nd president sees female power as one solution to climate change.
While politicians bicker over cap-and-trade legislation, Bill Clinton is looking to the empowerment of women as a weapon for fighting global warming. "In every single society in which that has happened, there's been a moderation in population growth," said Clinton. Because population growth is seen as a major contributor to rising levels of greenhouse gas, Clinton believes that putting girls in school and giving them access to microcredit, capital, and labor markets will temper both the birth rate and climate change. "We need to find a morally acceptable way to slow down the population explosion in the countries that can't take care of the people they've got now."

Well, we all know what your solution to conception is.
Hey, klintoon, TELL IT TO THE MUSLIMS!
Let me know how that works out for ya’.
Don’t lose your head.
“... morally acceptable way”
Words from Mr B/J himself.
Best laugh I’ve had all day.
Bill Clinton is essentially embracing Communist China’s 1-child law as a way to solve ‘man-made global warming’. It’s un-f-believable how far this hoax has gone.
Good idea. Make the tax rates dependent on sexual orientation. Female orientation would have a higher tax rate table.
Oh that's right he was fantasizing about being a teacher at a girl's school and let his mouth run while he was dreaming.
LOL! When I saw the solution was coming from Clinton, I suspected it might have something to do with the fairer sex.
“”The 42nd president sees female power as one solution to climate change.””
Bill...always hoping climate change blows the right way...
The economy is ALWAYS on track. It is government intervention that is ALWAYS pushing it off course. People want to produce, invest, work, invent, buy, use, save, etc. It is government fiddling that screws things up. There are two forces at work in the economy: people/society and government. People are pushing up and the government is ALWAYS pushing down. What we need is for politicians to stop trying to get things back on track and to let things work themselves out.
Stop the spending, taxing, regulating, fiddling. The free market is a perfect representation of reality. It is reality itself and all attempts to interfere are childish attempts to cheat reality. It never works.
I agree. The very idea of that old lech lecturing anyone about morality is quite funny.
BTW, he’s not even a GOOD lech: Monica Fatwinsk, feh! Puhleeze! At least Kennedy got Marilyn Monroe and Angie Dickinson - if you’re going to be a shameless philanderer, at least do it with a really hot babe or two. The penalty is the same, you might as well do it right.
Gotcha. ;>)
It must be the “stopped clock” syndrome.... Because I think he’s right. Female emancipation correlates with affluence and falling birthrates. Of course, there are reasons it won’t happen in the largely Muslim 3rd world.
‘’Bill Clinton is looking to the empowerment of women as a weapon for fighting global warming. “In every single society in which that has happened, there’s been a moderation in population growth,” said Clinton.’’
What society is that, that has fought global warming and won?
What is it with Democrats that they're always looking to control the growth of populations?
Folks in poorer countries could probably take care of themselves and their families just fine if the governments would allow them the FREEDOM to do so. When governments try to control everything, nothing gets done well.
