The Muslim religious authorities in Egypt have suggested delaying the annual pilgrimage to Mecca because of the spread of swine flu.
Egypt's Grand Mufti, Sheikh Ali Jumua, has called for a religious edict to decide how long the pilgrimage rites of the Hajj could be postponed.

Would Allah forgive them if they don’t go this year?
But pilgrims travel to Mecca from around the world, including countries where the swine flu virus has been confirmed.
They had to think about this?....
Can you imagine the uproar if a massive outbreak of Swine flu were to hit the Hajj pilgrimage?
Karma baby, it’s a b*tch sometimes...

Some muslims believe they will be immune and that swine flu is a “curse on the infidel”.
A better idea would be to let them all into Mecca. Then quarantine the place.
Why are they worried? Insha’allah, go to the hajj!
