Completely insane. US corporations pay taxes in countries where they do business. Double tax won’t make it through the house and senate...

We are loosing this one. Having worked all my life with a major US exporter, mostly outside the US, I can tell you that this will have a terrible effect of major US exporters.
Some will leave the US as a result. Others may be bought out by Foreign companies(like Busch) because a foreign company can make more money not paying the big taxes in the US.
But it sounds good..hit those big evil corporations. Kinda like shooting yourself in the foot.
Many of those morons voted democrat and are now unemployed. When their unemployment money runs out, some of them will begin to get a clue. Many other "enchanted"" voters are no doubt waiting day by day to see if they still have jobs.
Those who do opt to tirelessly and seriously search for work will likely compete (wages and benefits) with those who will be granted amnesty if elected representatives have their way.

So many of these nitwits can’t understand the US already has the highest corporate tax rate in the world. This will only provide more pressure to off-shore companies.
Also, one nitwit made a comment about ‘making companies pay their fair share’ - want to bet he is not in the 5% that pays 80% of Federal taxes? Most likely he is in the 40% not paying any federal tax at all!
