[I]t would also be useful to eliminate even the slimmest shadow on Barack Obama’s legitimacy, sort of like taking the oath the second time. In fact as soon as this amendment is passed, he should take the oath a third time, perhaps the fourth of July, 2010.

An Obamunist suggests that the US Constitution be amended to permit Arnold Schwarzenegger to run for president, but then gives the game away by admitting the revision is intended to benefit Obama. Where's the birth certificate? In Kenya?

Apparently there must be something to the birth certificate thing otherwise this rag and others wouldn't be forcing to have a new amendment. Obama is truly a fraud.

Plus, wouldn’t the laws in effect at the time of Zero’s oath of office be governing?

We don’t want Arnold to run — not needed — now, where’s that birth certificate again?

"there are some plausible arguments in favor of the African birth concept"

Even the Lefties know it.

"there are many other Americans who might be a good President .... Sergey Brin, co founder of Google"

Instead of having a hard-core Leftie, backed by a hard-core billionaire Leftie, we can simply have a hard-core billionaire Leftie as president.

"not that I’m suggesting he buy the election."

No, of course not. He can have ACORN do it for him. He can simply fund the purchase, just like Soros did for Ø.

Yes and with ACON he can use taxpayer money to buy the election.

Sorry, but repetition does not increase the truthfulness of a statement, no matter how much the libs and the press use that particular tactic. Obama could take the oath a gajillion times until he’s blue in the face, but it means nothing to me until he produces a legitimate birth certificate.

I’ve seen this suggested by Republicans vefore, too.

So, setting aside the Obama angle, why in heaven’s name would we want Arnold to run for anything, anyway? We’re hardly suffering a shortage of Native-born Americans willing and able to serve.

The Constitution is perfectly lovely just the way it is.

No thanks.

I’ve no doubt the amendment is to benefit both. Did you know Schwarzenegger was in violation of his visa before he married Kennedy? Just food for thought.
