Article says the exact opposite - first round missed and buried itself in the wall, second shot was a hit.

I KNOW that's what the article said ... but a better 'defense' (if needed) is the first one hit, etc.

Otherwise it MIGHT be argued, the first shot did it's job and the second wasmore than needed ...

I'm only commenting .... the same thinking as ... be sure the perp falls inside the house, etc.
