She first made national headlines when a hangman's noose was found dangling from her Columbia University office door.
Now, Madonna Constantine, the controversial former Teachers College professor fired last year for plagiarism, is resurrecting the image with a $200 million lawsuit that charges her former employer with an "academic lynching."
The strongly worded, 92-page claim -- which veers into spy-time territory with its allegations of coverups, evidence destruction and conspiratorial "schemes" -- was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday.
A spokesman for Teachers College said the case was "totally without merit, and we intend to defend against it vigorously."
Constantine's firing is set for review by a Teachers College faculty committee starting tomorrow.

Note, whatever the outcome, this is about Columbia University which is no longer really a place of higher education ~ expect nothing better than some kind of street theatre.

Well, if you hire gross, idiotic incompetents as professors, you’d better watch out that they don’t qualify as protected minorities. You aren’t allowed to fire protected minorities without paying a very high price.
This professor is triply protected:
1) She’s a black race-baiter.
2) She’s a woman.
3) She’s a flaming leftist.
For all I know, she’s also 4) a lesbian, but that would be pure speculation. There’s been nothing in the news to suggest it.
Ward Churchill was EXTREMELY hard to get rid of, and he’s still suing them for reinstatement, even though he’s male and he’s a FAKE INDIAN, so he doesn’t qualify for any points except being a flaming leftist and hateful race-baiter.
....Well, no, I take that back. Apparently she IS a flaming lesbian, and has written a couple of books on counseling women, particularly LGBT women of color.
So we should add:
4) She’s a lesbian activist.
Lots of luck firing THAT and making it stick without years of litigation and a huge financial payoff.
Moral of the story: Be careful about hiring LGBT women of color who are also incompetent idiots.
Academia deserves the hit, but if this pig wins anything, it is the taxpayers of that state who will end up being screwed by the idiocy of the leftist academia who hired this pig in a ... oh, never mind. We the people are not in charge any longer anyway; the sooner it all tumbles down the better, maybe then people will reject these leftist ‘academics’ at the start, where they can be avoided like the plague they are!

No at least not anything that was released publicly. They originally said they had security videos that covered that door, but for some reason they never released them and quickly stopped talking about this case. I assume they still exist and might show up in a trial if she goes forward depending on what they show.
Columbia U & all the others created these Frankenstein monsters.
Now let's see what they've up their sleeve for dealing with 'em when they return to claim the creators.

Recent immigrants from the Third World including blacks, have seen their children graduate from college in the first generation.... Too many American blacks seem unable to make that leap even after 10 generations......
There is no lack of opportunity nor are there racial constraints in America. In fact - AFFIRMATIVE action has been in place for DECADES to tip the balance in black's favor. America's blacks are victimized by their own behavior, laziness and belief that their centuries old issues are the problem....
In their defense - blacks have been eased onto the new "Plantation" of despair by the Democrat party.... Welfare has been pushed by the Leftist Democrat party SPECIFICALLY to demotivate blacks and KEEP them dependent on government... Unfortunately, too many blacks fell for the scheme... Accepting these "handouts" was another bad decision those blacks made....

According to a google search, she was being investigated for plagiarism for at least 18 months before she was fired. The noose showed up on her door in October 2007. She was fired in February 2008. She obviously had info that she was under investigation all that time, and formulated the noose idea in a last-ditch attempt to gain sympathy as a victim. Now she wants compensation for her own dirty deeds. And she'll probably get it. I can't say I'm unhappy for Columbia. I hate to see her get anything, but it does my heart good to see Columbia dragged through the mud.
