since ACLU is not concerned, that means Chief Flynn is a LIB, and since the ACLU is not afraid ..WE SHOULD be!!!
If all this is true, this police chief is a psycho and needs to be fired immediately before he or his “troops” kill some innocent person.
THe mayor had better get a slew of lawyers to fight all the lawsuits that are going to come his way.

Time to call in the State Attorney General and get him involved on constitutional grounds. Fast!
He’s a JERK. NOTE: The 2nd Amendment is SELF-incorporated to all government entities at every level. It is MORE ABSOLUTE than the 1st Amendment, or any of the others, because the wording forbids not only CONGRESS, but ANYONE from infringing on it. The 1st says “Congress shall make no law...”. The 2nd say “shall NOT be infringed!” Period! End of debate!
