The Obama administration has asked a federal judge to throw out a lawsuit against Iran filed by Americans held hostage at the U.S. Embassy in Tehran 30 years ago.

One interesting item from the suit is that the former hostages state that the Short One with the Big Nose, the formerly mentioned Phlem***, was one of their interrogators.

Well, actually, Condi Rice also sent her DOS lawyers to argue against the former hostages several years ago, on the grounds that seizing any assets from the old Iranian embassy violated diplomatic privilege. It was stupid then and it is stupid now.
