Last week, Barack Obama’s message to the world was: “the United States is not and never will be at war with Islam.” This week, Barack Obama’s Department of Homeland Security’s message to conservatives was: the United States may soon be at war with you. According to a new report emanating from DHS, it’s no longer Islamic terrorism -- or “man-caused terrorism” in the new DHS parlance -- that we have to fear most, but small government, anti-tax, pro-life, pro-gun, anti-illegal immigration, pro-military conservatives. In other words, most of the country.

The DHS report’s title is, “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” That’s a mouthful. Right-wing. Extremism. Fueling. Resurgence. Radicalization. The threat is made out to be so sinister and so imminent -- it’s enough to make you want to jump into bed and pull the covers over your head.

The report warns of potential terrorist acts from “groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority” as well as “groups and individuals that are dedicated a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”

Particularly galling is the report’s lumping together of racists and Americans who take a conservative stance on issues like marriage and the sanctity of life. The assumption seems to be that racist and pro-life views spring from the same mindset. In truth, though, it’s the abortion industry that disproportionately targets black babies and whose largest member, Planned Parenthood, has overtly racist roots.

Potential domestic terrorists are a big concern of the Obama administration. Actual ones aren’t. A year ago Barack Obama and his allies were pooh-poohing his relationship with unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers.

Well the idiots at DHS driving this for the administration can monitor and list every bit of this:

Obama is a marxist ideolog. It is he and his ilk who are the extremists...and it is they who are subverting and trampling the constitution.

The people of this country are waking up to it...are realizing that they bought a pig in a poke...and they are going to start the turnaround in 2010 and send this quisling packing in 2012.

My real name is Jeff Head...I live in the small SW Idaho town of Emmett...and I do not care if "they", meaning those people monitoring these things for DHS, or listing people's names, or anyone else know it.

I am a Christian. In the words of my forefathers, I have NO king bu King Jesus. I hold sacred my rights to free speech, religion, and to self defense through the bearing of firearms. I have taken an oath to uphold and defend the constitution and hold that oath sacred, and I believe our borders are pourous and being left open to allow illegal aliens to pour into this country for the express purpose of fundamentally changing the demographics of this nation and that that illegal activity must be stopped.

I intend to spread the word regarding all of these issues to all I know, and will use my free speech, conversations, emails, phone calls, letters, and the internet to do so...and will be active in the effort to turn this nation back around.

If that makes me a danger to anyone, or puts me on someone's list, so be it...it is because those individuals and institutions who fear the likes of me are themselves a danger to this nation, our way of life, and our liberties themselves...and they should be outed as such.

I am proud to be a conservative American citizen and if I am on a government enemies list (are we returning to the days of Richard Nixon?) then so be it. Of course such a charge is completely unfounded, groundless and ridiculous but then what can you expect from Koolaid drinking ultraliberal morons.
