Schakowsky Statement on 'Tax Day Tea Parties'
CHICAGO, IL (April 15, 2009) – Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-IL, released the following statement in response to “tea parties” being held on Tax Day.
“The ‘tea parties’ being held today by groups of right-wing activists, and fueled by FOX News Channel, are an effort to mislead the public about the Obama economic plan that cuts taxes for 95 percent of Americans and creates 3.5 million jobs. It’s despicable that right-wing Republicans would attempt to cheapen a significant, honorable moment of American history with a shameful political stunt. Not a single American household or business will be taxed at a higher rate this year. Made to look like a grassroots uprising, this is an Obama bashing party promoted by corporate interests, as well as Republican lobbyists and politicians.”

Anytime you generate a headline that everyone assumes is about Maxine Waters, you’re in trouble.

It’s despicable that left-wing socialist parasites would attempt to cheapen the formerly great United States of American history with a shameful pork-filled budget. Not a single American household or business will escape eventual taxation at a higher rate eventually to cover the $3.6 Trillion wasted by corrupt politicians to pay off their voters and buy more votes for two years from now.

Schakowsky and her jailbird hubby don’t worry about taxes: they cheat on them. Submission of fraudulent tax returns, returns that had been signed by Schakowsky herself, were one of the charges against her hubby. When hubby was first indicted, Schakowsky said he was the innocent victim of a right wing Justice Department. When he entered a guilty plea some weeks later, the mouthy Schakowsky was AWOL. Her corrupt spouse solved his problem the Illinois way: the judge who heard his case was a neighbor and a former fellow member of the local Democratic club. The corrupt judge refused to recuse himself and administered a laughably short four month sentence.
And look for them to be "of color". That way the minute a tea-partyer pushs back the MSM will immediately jump on it as an example of "the kinds of people" that make up tea-parties. Guardian Angels, anyone?
And, by a shocking coincidence , he got out of the clink three days before Election Day 2006. That’s just plain eerie!!!/s;)
