Capitalism is the free, un-coerced exchange of goods and services.
Socialism is organized crime: slavery, oppression, and murder.

Capitalism is only Organized Crime when the government gets involved to the point where it becomes Fascist.

James Circello:

http://www.blackfive.net/main/2008/01/setting-the-rec.html

“...Mr. Circello’s second tour in Italy was wrought with many problems. Mr. Circello, after having shown up to work while intoxicated, lost his promotion to Staff SGT. Furthermore, upon being picked-up for a DUI, instead of staying and facing the problem, he chose to go AWOL the day IMMEDIATELY following his charge, and thus abandoning his fellow soldiers immediately preceding their deployment to Afghanistan...”

“In the end Mr. Circello made the CHOICE to re-enlist AFTER his tour in Iraq, he made the CHOICE to return to Italy knowing deployment would again be in his future. He made the CHOICE to drink and drive and a CHOICE to go AWOL, but, most disturbing perhaps is the choice he made, to tell an incomplete story which in effect discounts my brothers-in-arms sacrifices and actions which, it seems, the media was all too eager to latch onto-facts unchecked...”

You’re welcome. Just trying to get some important background info out on these traitorous SOBs. There are many folks who aren’t aware of who and what they are, at least not to any level of detail.

Maybe they’ll take note of your liberal tendencies, and anti-American/anti-Capitalist attitude.

Knock off the personal attacks. org.whodat wasn’t even posting on this thread - forum guidelines prohibit dragging disputes from thread to thread.

CW II ping. The basics of what America is are NOT agreed to anymore. 1/2 of the country (including Newsweek and the rest of the establishment media) believe that the election of Obama was a explict adoption of European style socialism by the USA.

The other half of us believe that merely electing a new POTUS should have, and morally and legally, has no effect on the basics of our system of government and economics, which are as described in the Constitution (and not the living breathing euro-interpretation favored by Ruth Bader Ginsberg and the ACLU either).

At root this seems as big a divide as the one we had in the mid-1800s.

I have tried that tack with the progressives. They do not consider tradesmen or artisans or sole proprietors capitalists. They are focused on 19th and 20th century definitions of owners of buildings and machinery who employ workers to make products that the owners then market back to the masses. Only those with capital are targeted.

They will not consider that it takes money and plant to enable the hiring of workers. Like the quote from Atlas Shrugs, they want the owners and entrepreneurs to die, to lose, to fail and they don't care if the jobs and profits and velocity of money go with them.

The crime of capital is that it isn't theirs. Once they steal it, they use it up and go looking for more. To use capital to generate more capital is compounding the crime. They want the government to confiscate and disburse capital. If the government continues the enterprise, it is also guilty.

AFAIK, there is no logical way to argue these people out of their belief. It is a cult.

I’ve asked them if I can come to their rally with my signs if I give them the $20 (I’m guessing they are going to need the money since they only hang around with hippies...)

Waiting on a response....

Boy, if you wanted s a list of the “Most Wanted” radical Socialists in America, that’s it right there. Especially the last one for the PSL, the Party for Socialism and Liberation — essentially the co-sponsors (http://www.pslweb.org/site/News2?page=NewsArticle&id=11569&news_iv_ctrl=1501)

To: Leftism is Mentally Deranged
These people want to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. The nanny state can’t exist without the hard working normal people who go out and work even if taxes are high. When they destroy all incentive to work, there will be no one left to tax.

The USSR found that out. China did also but learned their lesson well enough they started allowing some businesses to flourish. That is the only think holding China's economy together now the small dose of capitalism they allow. Cuba hasn't learned it and their people starve, North Korea hasn't learned it and their people starve. Did anyone read the article by the North Korean that escaped and said that he survived by eating Tree Bark made into cake. His sister died of starvation and he felt guilty being in a free country and eating well because he left part of his family in North Korea.

This is what the left has planned for us if we let it go on. This is what the idiots in this article are striving for. You can't make money without Capitalism, it just doesn't work.
