I fear that you're right. This kind of propaganda from some doctrinaire group like the SPLC (and the MSM) is somewhat to be expected, but when it emanates from a powerful law enforcement wing of the federal government it's something else. Clearly HS is ramping up for something, and I believe that Butch Reno clone who presently heads it is behind it (as is her boss).
First rob them blind, make them insecure, then conquer them completely. Spread propaganda to the useful tools, like lawyers on the gubmint payroll, so that ordinary citizens will be identified as the enemy.
This reminds me of that often-cited Milgram Experiment, also called the "obedience study", in which students gave increasingly powerful electric shocks to classmates at the direction of the psychological study administrator.

A serious mistake by this administration is he let Pelosi and Reid blow his wad of spending way too early and there is not enough money that can be borrowed or printed to create his private enforcement army (”just as well funded as the military”).

I so much agree with you that all of this seems surreal. As I read liberals scream we are extremists, fear mongers and conspiracy theorists, I really sit back and think, how can you not be in this atmosphere of obama turning everything upside down daily?
For instance, I use to get those emails of New World Order. B.O, before obama. I would look at them. Go to snopes or wherever and it was debunked. On with my day.

A former boss sent me an email saying that Obama is doing what the founders planned: A fair distribution of wealth. I wrote him back and said that is NOT in the constitution not anything near what the founders had in mind for this country. This man is a “mainstream” liberal Democrat. It looks like a extension of the MIAC so compiling the information would be quick. Remember the MIAC was first reported in Missouri where they were not afraid to go after obama critics. To me it reads almost similar and Malkin said it was horribly written.
And in my conspiracy, right wing, terrorist (sarcasm) mode, obama wants to be sure to quiet tea parties dissent. He has no clue there is a whole boat load of democrats angry at him that are joining.
obama thugs are making it partisan to smear republicans and libertarians but in California some of the tea party organizers have asked that everyone leave their political or personal views at home and not make this about democrats or republicans. No talking about abortion policies or foreign aid, just who is going to pay for obama’s tripling of the deficit.
This morning on fox news the democrats are totally angry obama is keeping the states secrets and spying that he campaigned against last year. HA!! Could have told them so last year. obama is taking away more of our freedoms and keeping every single policy they screamed about with Bush too.
