Just days after appearing on the Tyra Banks Show, Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin's former fiancé and father to her son Tripp, talked more on CBS' The Early Show about his difficulties with the family of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
One point of disagreement: Whether Johnston, 18, ever lived at the Palin's home. "They said I didn't live there," he said. "[They say] I 'stayed' there. I was like, 'Okay, whatever you want to call it' – I had all my stuff there. So, if you wanna call it staying there, that's fine."

Last night I had a realization, remember those phone calls people were making to Iowa and New Hampshire asking people what they thought of Sarah, about her running in 2012. People were speculating that it might have been Romney’s camp doing it..no no no, I don’t think Romney had anything to do with it. It was the Democrats, they wanted to see if Sarah could beat Obama in 2012..and I think they must have gotten some bad news, I think they must have found out she could beat him. That is why they are doing this, they are scared that by the time 2012 comes along, their power might be gone

Bristol unfortunately fell victim to the “I think I can change him” mentality. Sarah was raised in an environment where her parents taught her to be independent, she taught that to her children. Bristol is an independent kid, made her own decisions. Saw Levi, thought he was cute, saw the way he was, thought he was her “soul-mate” and that she could “change him for the better.” It happens all the time, she thought she was in love. Bristol is 17 years old, no longer a baby. You can only do so much as a parent before it’s time for them to grow up and take care of themselves, make their own decisions, even if you know its the wrong one. I think Sarah knew from the moment she saw him that he was nothing but a punk, but what can she do, convince Bristol to leave him, fat chance, that would NEVER happen. Bristol had to learn on her own. I bet Todd would like 5 minutes with this bastard who likes going on TV and smearing the mother of his first born son. No way in hell would any judge give custody to Levi, all Bristol would have to do is show them the taped interviews of Levi spilling details of his relationship all for the sake of making a few bucks.
Oh I totally agree with you. They have already said she is a religeous nut job. The left don’t believe in God. But I think it’s a mix of her belief in God, her being Pro-Life and being against Gay Marriage that really sticks in the left’s crawl. Obama himself will do whatever it takes to destroy Christianity, he already said so, didn’t he already say that this country is no longer Christian. I guess he thinks it’s muslim now
