That’s not the rule of law. That’s dictatorship. And it can’t last.

We have more and more judicial tyrants that need to be knocked down to size.

There are at least 3 hammers with which to knock.

Very slow hammer: political process. Trickle down replacement of judges.

Faster hammer: constitutional amendment

Last resort hammer: 2nd Amendment of COTUS.

The only appropriate response from the Iowa state legislature is impeachment.

One thing that this issue of same sex marriage has made abundantly clear is that the judicial branch of government has greatly over reached their bounds of authority. Citizens elect legislators and governors to make laws. Judges are either elected or appointed to interpret those laws. When judges start to legislate from the bench it invites tyranny and usurps the power of the legislative branch. This can not be any clearer and has been a primary tactic of the left due to the paucity of their ideas.
