Lifting Cuba restriction, limiting Antartica tourism.
I didn’t realize tourism was a really big business in Antartica.

When you consider how many tourist ships have hit ice bergs and sunk there recently ... I think it’s self limiting.

He probably doesn't want anyone going there because they will see for themselves what a frozen wasteland it really is and no the melting mass he professes.

Seems to me, lifting restrictions on Cuber will be a mistake for zer0. It will show the idiot libs that go there just how wonderful it really is and might actually improve life for the desperate citizen's there.
All in all, not good for the bummer one.

Cruise ship passenger going ashore for a little while? Obama is worried about that? Antarctica is bigger than the United States. He’s a clown.
This is the usual statement that empty-headed liberal politicians like to make to feel good and score points with their fellow Commie travelers.

Since when did Obama have anything to say in Antartica? Last I looked there are competing territorial claims on the continent and the US IS NOT one of them. This is a slap to the other signatories of the Antartic treaty who have territorial claims and must approve any policy changes.

He is directing those affluent travelers who thought they wanted to go to Antarctica to Cuba! Soon it will be mandatory that we visit the Communist “paradise”, all the better to plan for our future. Yes, there we can view first hand the loveliness of State run health care, the plethora of goods and services of the highest quality, the excess of exotic fruits and vegetables, and the happy people singing all day while they work.

It must be nice to have the devine power to strike a ruling on every little nit-picking thing that ever irritated or concerned you, commiebama.
This guy doesn't tell his secretary to "take a letter", he says "take a law".
Of course, all of this silliness is the commiebama slight of hand magic show, to keep our collective attention diverted to silly things while his handlers evolve more sinister plots.
One thing is for sure, like me many people probably never even thought about "cruise tours of Antarctica", but we all know they exist now, thanks to the annointed one...everybody sign up...oh, and be kind to the environment...no bringing any snowballs home with you..../sarcasm
