JUDGES should interpret the Constitution according to other nations' legal "norms." Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. The United States constitutes an "axis of disobedience" along with North Korea and Saddam-era Iraq.
Those are the views of the man on track to become one of the US government's top lawyers: Harold Koh. Obama has nominated Koh -- until last week the dean of Yale Law School -- to be the State Department's legal adviser. In that job, Koh would forge a wide range of international agreements on issues from trade to arms control, and help represent our country in such places as the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.

Harold Koh is clearly a loon that despises America, our laws and our freedoms. He can be stopped but it will require every single Republican senator voting 'no'. A huge challenge but possible if the reality of what this man believes about 'international' law is exposed to the public and they react accordingly. Not always a guarantee, these days. As Dean of Yale Law School he will be seen as 'impeccable' by some politicians and many Americans who never look past the title or question his beliefs.
I'm not surprised the Muslim-friendly, leftist Obama nominated Koh but I'll be gratified if, at long last, the public - via their elected senators - will say 'no' to Obama. If not now, when? Time is running out.

I saw this kind of thing coming down the pike the second president bush came out after 9/11 and told america not to lump all muslims in with extreme lunatic muslims.
americans were ready after 9/11 to seperate ourselves from muslims in an extreme way....but all in power were trying to convince us that they were really warm and fuzzy friends.
