This folks is the whole ball of wax. The end game. Total government control of virtually EVERY economic activity in this country.
The Republicans simply have to fight this tooth and nail with a media blitz and direct communication to the American people explaining to them what will be in store for them.
Well, I can dream can’t I.........

But the bill leaves crucial questions unanswered such as
How will we save the polar bears, penguins and wooly mammoths when the actions in the bill have no effect on temperature?
Will we restore the once-a-month public bath?
Where are the subsidies for domestic buggy-whip manufacturers?
Where is the funding for the giant sun umbrella in outer space?

We should adopt Natural Gas (LNG and/or CNG) as the official fuel of our Nation, as a “bridge”, then we can argue over the best long term solution.
Passing legislation on “vapor” fuel is pure steer manure.

Hey Henry WaxJob remember this:
On the morning of January 16, as New England was under the grip of an arctic blast, an all-time low temperature of -50° Fahrenheit was recorded for Maine. It was recorded at 7:30 a.m. EST at a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) stream gauge on the Big Black River near Depot Mountain in northwestern Aroostook County. The previous record, -48° Fahrenheit, was set in Van Buren, Maine almost 84 years earlier, on January 19, 1925.

Fixed it.
People need to wake up and sharpen their pitch forks, heat up the tar, and pluck some chickens. The time to act is now.

True, the way I see it the political left has shunned religion and that has left a giant void in the soul they are ideologically unable to confront; to fill it they have subconsciously turned to the old misplaced religion of mother earth with my tagLine as their savior.

You’ve hit it right on the head. It’s not science, it’s Lysenkoism.
It’s a shame that outside this forum, not too many people know who Trofim Lysenko was or why it’s important to know.

Some day, when gas prices reach $10 a gallon, when your monthly electric bill is running about $500-1,000 to pay for this new crap they want too do. We are going to pay for it that is sure. Before these Soviets are done, we will look like Zimbabwe.
