What happened to the right to trial-by-jury? ...what happened to facts/logic?
Trial by jury for traffic court? Not sure I've ever heard of that, since you're not headed for jail as a result. This is a civil matter.
However, I'd fight it tooth and nail before I payed the barstewards.
