I like the way you think. Why not have both? The on-site slaughter house will ensure the pulled pork samiches are fresh. Then erect the 100 ft billboard one inch inside the property line taht faces their property, fully illuminated for easy nighttime viewing, with a picture of Uncle Sam and a quotation bubble that says, "Hey Stinkbeard, How do you like me now?"

This should work both ways.
If outsiders can't get in, then insiders should not be able to leave the community. In fact the Sheriff and NYS Troopers should guard the entrance and prohibit anyone from leaving.

Somehow the traditional Catskill comedians find this town excluded from their Borscht Belt itineraries.
A state trooper, a sheriff and a rabbi went up to Islamberg.
The trooper said “I’m here on behalf of the citizens of New York state!”.
“There’s no New York citizens here;” he was told, “go away”. After consulting with his superiors he did just that.
The sheriff swaggered up and said “I’m here on behalf of this community!”. The Islamists hollered “We made it clear we wish nothing to do with your community of infidels.”
The sheriff called the mayor, frowned and went back to his vehicle.
The rabbi calmly approached and said “I’m here for the rent.”
I think Hussein II and his cultists are looking forward to it.
Antimullah.com recently had a story about how that place geared down after all the news coverage. Those muzzies who trained there are all across the USA by now.
