What does TOTUS mean?
“Teleprompter of the United States.” That’s Obama’s new nickname. He doesn’t leave home without a teleprompter. When he speaks from his own brain, he shows his true incompetent, intolerant, arrogant, sociopathic, racist self.

I prefer to call Obambi himself “Telepromptee-in-Chief (TIC)”. TOTUS, to me, is the actual teleprompter machine, and the person running it.
After all, someone has to tell TIC to thank himself for the invitation to his own freaking party of St. Paddy’s Day!
