Three European Union nations France, Spain and Portugal do not prosecute consenting adults for incest, and Romania is considering following suit.

Prosecution of adult incest in the US is rare. Adult incest is also very rare. Legalizing doesn’t decriminalize it, it just makes it a good idea for those who otherwise would not have considered it.
