Ohhhhhh; DUH on my part! I didn't notice which post you had replied to((slapping head)). Anyhow, yeah, I was a little put off by his tendency to get a little goofy at times. I've gotten used to it. Here very recently he has been placing most of the blame for our financial meltdown squarely where it belongs, right in the laps of the Dims and their social engineering on the taxpayers' dime.

Truth be known, Pubbies probably could have applied the brakes before the train wreck, but apparently they saw the political costs of doing that as more onerous than the financial costs of doing nothing. They of course were wrong -- again.

The repubs set up the perfect storm for 0bama to win, by spending like drunken congress gerbils and John (I'm a Maverick) McCain reaching across the aisle and throwing Palinunderthebus.com, the only thing he had going, thus turning off the base. I've been listening to Beck for ages. I like the hot and cold of his radio show. the humor and intensity. Now the man, Beck, must be awake 24 X 7. But I don't watch much TV

Oddly enough, I don't either. FoxNews, History, Discovery channels and some religous programming is about it. But get this, I never turn on a radio, even on the road. I guess I'm one of those hermit types that enjoys the peace and quiet. I get so much excitement when the grandkids come to visit it takes a week to recuperate.
