1. We will NOT obey any order to disarm the American people.
2. We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects - such as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons.
3. We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to trial by military tribunal.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state’s legislature and governor.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty and declares the national government to be in violation of the compact by which that state entered the Union.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to "keep the peace" or to "maintain control" during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war.
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever.
10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
The above list is not exhaustive but we do consider them to be clear tripwires – they form our “line in the sand,” and if we receive such orders, we will not obey them. Further, we will know that the time for another American Revolution is nigh. If such a revolution comes, at that time, not only will we NOT fire upon our fellow Americans who righteously resist such egregious violations of their God given rights, we will join them in fighting against those who dare attempt to enslave them.
It would be nice to actually believe that but when push comes to shove, I fear they will follow orders they know to be illegal.
MacArthur and Patton obeyed orders to fight fellow military veterans under Hoover’s orders - the “Bonus Army” conflict. There are others throughout history.
This about says it all. It’ll be a time to stand your ground and not back down. I don’t trust our government, Obammmmmma and his den of thieves are apt to go after ammo not guns. We should be prepared and pray it never comes to this.

Yes, the Constitution SHOULD have place "TERM LIMITS" of any and ALL politicians at all levels.
I too took the oath: to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.

Tell this to the Wesley Clark’s that are in charge of the army. They’ll laugh you out of the room. Martial law has been declared in the past, and habeas corpus has been suspended multiple times. The Marine Corp is the only branch of service that I would put this kind of trust in.
I spoke with an Army E-7 I am close to. I have known this fine you man for 26 years. He said that activity in Iraq (he left there on March 7 due to the death of his mother) settled down considerably once 0bama announced his pull out time table.
He stated he and most of those he knows will execute any “Constitutionally legal order”. He was reluctant to say any more. I was able to read between the lines, he is concerned, as are we.
He returns to Iraq tomorrow (March 12). In April, he may be transferred to Afghanistan.

It’s not just the military that needs to say “NO” when an unconstitutional “order” (or law) comes down.
There are plenty of civies that need to say no to things like the removal of the conscience clause in abortion cases, the “food safety” and “clothing and toy safety” acts, or any attempt to outlaw homeschooling, etc.
When I was in the Army, our company commander told us that if he were ordered to take a squad of us and open fire on everyone in Times Square with machine guns, he’d do it. And if any of us refused to do it, he’d blow our brains out on the spot.
I’m not besmirching the character of our uniformed men and women, but today’s average military member has received a public education that has been tainted by a left wing agenda. I do not take any comfort in them knowing the real purpose of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, and therefore I do not take comfort in their ability to discern a lawful from an unlawful order. To put it bluntly, they have been dumbed down, Constitutionally speaking. This has been a big part of the left’s agenda all along.
This is something to consider as to who would have the moral high ground in enforcing anti-second amendment laws.

I think the whole point of this thread is to demonstrate that Obama has some serious PR problems. If he is so bold as to order military actions against citizens, he might even lose the support of MSNBC!
