Just wait till the idiots in CA don’t see a tax refund (as if though there is such a thing as a tax refund, maybe in CA, who knows there!)

In Memphis TN in the summer of 1981 or 1982 the local firefighter's union went on strike. During that summer numerous fires "mysteriously" appeared frequently throughout the city.
The Governor called out the National Guard, who patroled the city and stood at street corners with loaded M16's.
Yep, government employees are capable of a lot of "mischief".
