If such came to pass, the FReepers who argue it’s preposterous to think the 2nd Amend means ALL arms (”come on, it would be madness for everyone to have nuclear bombs”) will be ruing the day...
-the bank in question says they do not hold the property now but is "sold" to someone private. Had his name listed but can't remember even yesterday. Weird thing about that is we're not hearing much news about this alleged man allegedly threatening to sue.
-supposedly this woman was told she must leave SINCE MAY but she wasn't thrown out until September! Violins, please...
..and I heard just this AM on FOX, the baltimore people now have issued a ruling NO ENFORCEMENT for a full year.
That or our Constitution is Valid and our Government isn’t.

I see homesteading as this:

It’s burglary!
I agree on community owned devices, seeing how one person might simply not be able to maintain it. By community owned, I don’t mean the government has anything to do with it, just the citizens of the community.
